Name and Win the Spotty Dog
... and raise funds for Dobes in FOND Kennels
Spot The Dog?! Competition!
Competition now closed. Joanna Lamont is the lucky winner of Spotty Dog guessing his real name WALTER
This superb giant Dalmatian toy dog (approx 30 inches high) has kindly been donated by a well wisher for a 'What's My Name?' Competition. He will surely appeal to adults and children alike.
FOND is delighted to announce that the lucky winner of Walter the Dalmatian is Joanna Lamont from Boddam in Aberdeenshire, from over four hundred entries hers was the only winner with Hugo being the most popular choice of name. Joanna could not believe she had won as she was just going to make a donation of her entry fee when her work colleagues encouraged her to have a guess and a lucky one it was too! We took Louis our latest edition to the FOND kennel along to help hand Walter over to Joanna and there was not a single growl, nor will Joanna have to worry about veterinary fees. Walter could be the perfect pet!
Big thank you to all those who participated or donated, final amount raised being £451.00. Not only did the competition raise much needed funds but it brought us to the attention of the Press and Journal who will be featuring FOND in a forthcoming edition of their newspaper.
The prize is a large cuddly toy but can you 'spot' the dog's real name?
